Overall Structure
1. Composed of three major modules: automatic transmission system, main frame structure and electric double-opening cabin doors.
2. It is used for circuit integration and rocker arm mounting. Adopting standard modular design with a composite material of steel, aluminum and plastic. All decorative parts are designed to be detachable.
3. The surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying and covered with an epoxy resin protective layer, featuring acid, alkali and corrosion resistance.
Automatic Transmission System
4. Multi-motor drive system: Independent control for the rocker arms and cabin doors.
5. All motors are DC motors with safe forward and reverse rotation functions.
6. Bearing structure is adopted to guarantee the sturdiness and durability of the system.
7. Sensor system configuration: Each drive system is equipped with a sensor system to realize automatic stop function. Each cabin door is fitted with no less than 2 limit sensors (at least 4 in total), and the top of each rocker arm is equipped with no less than 2 limit sensors.
8. The system can accurately identify the specific positions of the two cabin doors: fully open state, stowed state and any intermediate position.
Main Frame Structure
9. External overall dimensions: ≥1070×630×270mm. The whole structure consists of an internal steel frame and external decorative parts.
10. Installation method: Components are fixed with screws for fast, simple assembly and convenient disassembly.
11. Main material: Composite of steel, aluminum and plastic, which delivers excellent mechanical strength and stability.
Electric Double-Opening Cabin Doors
12. Single cabin door dimension ≥1100×295mm, with two doors in total. The cabin doors adopt a flush design when closed. The opening sequence ensures safety: the cabin doors must be opened first before the swing arms can be lowered. If the cabin doors are unopened, the swing arms are locked under protection and cannot move. After the swing arms are lowered, the cabin doors are also locked to prevent misoperation and stay fixed.
13. Crankshaft hinges are connected to both sides of the cabin doors, enabling smooth opening and closing driven by motors.
